Evening Answer Line Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service during evening hours, the part-time Evening Answer Line Representative will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications with patients and healthcare facilities while ensuring accurate information sharing and coordination of care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from patients and healthcare facilities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow up proactively with physicians and patients regarding hospital visits
• Ensure accurate data entry in electronic health records while maintaining patient privacy and security in compliance with HIPAA

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred
• Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
