Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or communications, focusing on writing and project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in drafting and proofreading a variety of materials
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating event documentation and SharePoint sites
