- Write, edit, and set up attendee communications for a multi-city event portfolio
- Manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or communications, focusing on writing and project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in drafting and proofreading a variety of materials
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating event documentation and SharePoint sites
