Event Fundraising Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Events will engage donors, sponsors, and volunteers to drive revenue and deliver high-quality event experiences while based in the Tacoma, WA or Pierce Co., WA area.

Key responsibilities

• Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement
• Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and the donor pipeline within the assigned portfolio

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in fundraising and relationship development
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through relationship building and volunteer engagement
• Strong project management and event execution skills
• Ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
