Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Program Manager (Temporary) to oversee and manage the overall event management of a marquis user conference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage and oversee all aspects of the conference program, including content, event production, website and registration, keynotes, breakouts, labs, creative and video, promotional and communication plan, executive program, partner summit and sponsorship program, ancillary programs, networking, gamification, SWAG, and the Japan program
  • Manage the overall program budget and liaise with agencies and vendors to track and manage all elements of the conference program
  • Assist in the planning and execution of other events and programs, such as the annual TKO, webinars, and 3rd party events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-7 years of experience in event production and management
  • Proven success in creating and executing large-scale virtual and in-person events
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet the needs of attendees
