Job Summary
Supporting Ticketmaster clients in their event management needs, the part-time Event Programmer will accurately input and verify event data into the Ticketmaster Host system while establishing relationships with clients and collaborating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
- Accurately input event data and resolve related errors in the Ticketmaster Host system
- Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams to create and distribute event information
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience
- Box Office experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills
