Event Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of AV production projects for small to mid-sized corporate events, the full-time Event Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful event execution while working remotely with some onsite travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for overlapping events, guiding clients through the AV production lifecycle
• Lead communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring clear expectations and successful execution
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the event process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of event experience in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship building
• Technical and creative curiosity, particularly in AV production logistics
• Adaptability to work in unpredictable environments and make decisions under pressure
