Job Summary
Collaborating with Sales to craft unique solutions, the full-time Event Proposal Manager will lead the creation of strategic responses to client RFPs, integrating input from various sources to develop persuasive proposals in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the proposal process by collaborating with subject matter experts to create strategic responses to client RFPs
- Conduct client research and integrate industry expertise to enhance proposal competitiveness
- Maintain knowledge of new processes, technology, and industry trends to inform proposal development
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 7+ years of experience in a related professional field, with project management experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and strategic leadership skills
- Familiarity with strategy development and Maritz products/services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
