Event Setup Specialist

Job Summary

Evaluating incoming documents and data, the full-time remote Event Setup Specialist will manage patient file updates, identify leads, and determine appropriate next steps based on contractual and state requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data to identify important leads and information for event management
• Enter relevant new information into patient records and synthesize available data to determine next steps
• Achieve production standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors
• Working knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy
• Proven reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt workflow according to client contractual and state requirements
