Event Technology Specialist
Job Summary
Providing subject matter expertise for program registration solutions, the full-time remote Event Technology Specialist will configure registration websites and mobile apps, manage project timelines, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality throughout the event lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with event stakeholders to deliver tailored technology solutions based on requirements
- Gather and document project requirements, updating them as necessary throughout the event lifecycle
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the Customer Xperience team with registration and mobile app inquiries
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the meeting and event industry is preferred
- Demonstrated technical and analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with event registration tools and mobile apps is preferred
