Event Vehicle Operator

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Event Vehicle Operator to execute impactful event vehicle experiences for a global beverage company, this full-time remote position will manage logistics, maintain vehicle operations, and serve as a brand ambassador while collaborating with regional teams to ensure successful activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for vehicle usage based on regional cultural insights
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics for event vehicle operations, including driving, staging, and setup
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and cleanliness to ensure reliability and brand appearance

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with business communication platforms
• Ability to adapt to fluid situations and maintain professionalism as a brand ambassador
• Experience or knowledge of brand heritage sports and local music and arts culture is a plus
