Job Summary

Experienced events leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Events Program Lead, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events program that enhances brand engagement through unique health and wellness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the events program by defining target audiences, occasions, and formats aligned with the brand strategy
• Develop compelling event concepts and guest journeys, ensuring thoughtful planning of all event details
• Manage production logistics, including budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading consumer-brand events or experiential programs from concept to delivery
• Demonstrated ability to create distinctive experiences with a clear understanding of production decisions and outcomes
• Strong budget management skills and experience coordinating multiple moving parts
• Ability to build productive relationships with creative partners, venues, and internal teams
