Job Summary
Partnering with Global and regional teams, the fully remote Evidence Generation, Analytics & Reporting Consultant will develop analytical solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools to support evidence planning and decision-making, with potential travel to Basking Ridge, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Translate evidence planning and Medical Affairs business questions into analytical solutions and reporting tools
- Lead analytical discovery sessions to define business questions, data requirements, and metric logic
- Develop analytical specifications and data models for Evidence Generation dashboards and data products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred
- 6+ years of related experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research required
- Experience translating evidence planning or Medical Affairs questions into data and analytics solutions required
- Experience designing and implementing dashboards or analytical products required
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
