Job Summary
Supporting the COO and senior executives, the full-time Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and handle correspondence while working remotely from the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meeting requests across multiple time zones
- Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in a global organization
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
