Job Summary
Supporting a team of executives, the full-time remote Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and process expenses while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across US and European time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-volume calendars for multiple executives, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary management and communication with travel providers
- Prepare and track expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate budget records
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating with departments such as Finance, Legal, and HR for document routing and approvals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with expense management and travel booking platforms
- Flexibility to work across US and European time zones, including occasional early mornings or evenings
