Job Summary
Providing high-level service in a work-from-home environment, the full-time Executive Benefits Associate will manage post-issue transactions, assist internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process post-issue transactions accurately and within established turn-around times
- Provide prompt resolutions to business partners and maintain knowledge of departmental procedures and products
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree)
- 0-1+ years of experience in life insurance customer service/support
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
