Executive Business Partner

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of the Chief Technology Officer, the full-time Executive Business Partner will manage process improvements and project execution while utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and support day-to-day operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in the executive's workflow and scope projects to enhance effectiveness
• Design systems for improved information flow and manage discrete projects assigned by the executive
• Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for high-stakes meetings and prepare briefings using AI tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in operational improvement, process design, or project execution roles, preferably in a software or technology company
• Strong project management skills with the ability to scope, plan, execute, and measure impact
• Fluency with AI tools for research, drafting, and automation
• Ability to diagnose inefficiencies proactively without explicit direction
• Clear written communication skills for project plans and recommendations
