Executive Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Executive Business Partner Manager will lead and develop a high-performing group of Executive Business Partners while providing direct support to executives, focusing on leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance executive support across the organization, with opportunities for remote work available within Canada or the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Executive Business Partners, providing coaching and setting clear expectations
• Establish operating principles and best practices for executive support, ensuring consistency while allowing for flexibility
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing and developing Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to increase team leverage
• Experience partnering with VP- and C-suite-level leaders
• Strong people leadership skills, including talent development and feedback delivery
• Excellent judgment in balancing competing priorities across individual leaders and the organization
