Executive Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
To support executive compensation initiatives, the full-time remote Executive Compensation Consultant IV will manage market pricing, perform complex analysis, and consult with business partners on compensation policies and programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing and analysis by auditing compensation survey data and assessing labor market trends
- Administer and develop compensation policies, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and statutory requirements
- Consult with business partners to evaluate job content, prepare job descriptions, and recommend salary grade assignments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources, finance, or business operations, including at least two years in compensation projects
- Experience in executive compensation is preferred
- Human Resources Professional Certification (PHR) is a plus
