Job Summary
Providing comprehensive executive compensation consulting services, the full-time Executive Compensation Consultant will develop and implement executive compensation programs, conduct job evaluations, and analyze market compensation data while working remotely across designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and administer executive compensation programs for clients
- Conduct job evaluations and analyze compensation data to recommend appropriate job titles and levels
- Establish and maintain client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with a focus on finance, economics, or healthcare administration
- One to five years of consulting experience directly with clients
- Three to five years of analytical experience involving data analysis and financial modeling
- Compensation consulting experience preferred
- Solid technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus
