Leading multiple executive compensation consulting projects, the full-time remote Executive Compensation Consultant will establish strategic direction, nurture client relationships, and provide high-quality advisory services to executive and board-level stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for complex client engagements and serve as a senior advisor on executive compensation
- Own and develop client relationships, focusing on long-term strategy, revenue growth, and service expansion
- Provide thought leadership on executive compensation design and governance, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity in recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- At least twelve years of executive compensation consulting experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members for increased responsibility
