Job Summary
To drive the development and execution of strategic partnerships, the remote full-time Executive Director, Consumer Health Partnerships will identify high-value partners in the digital health and DTC ecosystems, manage the end-to-end business development process, and oversee account management to enhance Labcorp's diagnostic capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize partners, source opportunities, and manage the business development process
- Lead negotiations and craft tailored value propositions for partnerships
- Oversee the integration strategy and ensure successful launch and performance of partnerships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or diagnostics industries
- Experience in business development and account management across the full lifecycle
- Proven track record of executive-level customer engagement and relationship management
- Understanding of healthcare delivery models, including value-based care and consumer engagement strategies
