Executive Director Immunology Access Services

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of the Immunology access services strategy, the full-time Executive Director Immunology Access Services will manage patient support and reimbursement teams to ensure optimal patient access to medications while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic commercial plans to enhance patient access and reimbursement initiatives
• Hire, train, and lead high-performing teams for patient support services and field reimbursement
• Develop and manage the brand-specific access services budget while driving process improvements and technology integration

Required qualifications

• BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma, with at least 7 years in leadership roles managing teams
• Proven track record in building customer-facing field teams and launching new products
• Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement challenges in national markets
• Experience in commercializing biologic products and collaborating in partnership environments
