Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy, the full-time Executive Director of Communications will serve as a strategic advisor to PDS leadership, managing internal and external communications while overseeing a team of professionals in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the integrated PDS communications strategy to align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact
• Serve as a strategic advisor to PDS executive leadership, providing proactive counsel on communications needs and risks
• Develop and oversee communications plans for core PDS business priorities, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of communications experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
• Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field
• Proven experience in crafting strategic communications plans for senior executives in complex organizations
• Strong business and industry acumen, particularly in development, quality, supply, and manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated people-management and talent-development abilities in a matrixed environment
