Executive Director of Data & AI
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of data and AI initiatives, the full-time salaried Executive Director of Data & AI will manage the development of an Intelligence Platform, oversee data architecture, and drive commercial intelligence to achieve measurable business outcomes, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Nashville, TN, or Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the enterprise intelligence strategy and operationalize a self-reinforcing intelligence system
- Design a scalable intelligence platform that connects data from various sources and ensures data governance
- Build and lead the AI & Data Engineering team while establishing a culture of outcome-driven intelligence
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 5 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of directly related experience
- 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building intelligence systems that drive revenue growth in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments
- Experience in operationalizing AI-enabled recommendation systems at scale
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a strong plus
