Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Executive Director of Diligence will manage client relationships, deliver final diligence outcomes, and ensure compliance with SEC and rating agency standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client relationship end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for institutional investor clients
- Deliver final review and sign-off on diligence results for loan portfolios before outcomes are presented to clients
- Lead securitization compliance ensuring all diligence deliverables meet SEC reporting requirements and rating agency standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage due diligence, quality control, or capital markets diligence operations
- Deep, established relationships with Wall Street institutional investors
- Hands-on experience with Lauramac or equivalent third-party review platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in securitization requirements, SEC compliance, and rating agency guidelines
- Proven track record managing high-volume, time-sensitive diligence engagements with elite clients
