Job Summary
Providing executive leadership and strategic oversight, the full-time remote Executive Director of Enrollment Operations Systems & Technology will manage operational, technological, and data-driven initiatives that support the student lifecycle from inquiry through enrollment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serves as a senior advisor to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Undergraduate Admission, supporting recruitment and admission strategies
- Leads strategic planning and operational execution for Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, aligning workflows with institutional priorities
- Develops analytics dashboards and predictive models to support institutional enrollment planning and yield goals
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required
- Proven ability to align departmental goals with enterprise-wide strategy and develop comprehensive strategic plans
- Understanding of technology, data analytics, and performance measurement to drive strategic decisions
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects
