Job Summary
To shape enterprise-wide financial strategy, the full-time remote Executive Director of Finance will manage global financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while collaborating with executive leadership and guiding critical investment decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support enterprise growth and value creation
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range strategic planning initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing global FP&A and Finance Business Partner team while advancing financial capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant experience leading global FP&A and/or Finance Business Partner organizations
- 8+ years of experience leading finance teams in complex global environments
- Experience within a CRO, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services organization
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, business analytics, and performance management
