Executive Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

Driving new product development and execution, the full-time remote Executive Director of Product Strategy will leverage market research and customer insights to establish a competitive product vision and roadmap while collaborating cross-functionally to align innovation efforts with business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product development processes, including market analysis, product design, and sales strategy, to ensure a top-tier health product portfolio
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to position and promote new products effectively
• Develop and own KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of experience in product development and management, particularly in voluntary and/or group products
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct oversight
• Experience in developing strategies to drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex concepts and resolve issues
