Job Summary
Leading public safety services delivery and operations, the remote Executive Director of Services will manage multiple service delivery functions, ensuring on-time and on-scope implementation while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time, on-scope delivery across all service delivery functions and drive implementation excellence
- Provide technical leadership and accountability for implementation approaches, solution architecture, and technical standards
- Establish governance frameworks and peer accountability systems to enhance collaborative team efforts and accelerate delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in professional services, technology consulting, or public safety
- Proven success in leading large-scale implementations with accountability for delivery and solution quality
- Deep technical expertise in public safety software (CAD, RMS, OnCall/Dispatch, NG911)
- Experience managing complex, geographically dispersed implementation teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and embed new delivery methodologies
