Executive Director, Payer Accounts

Job Summary

Leading the Payer Accounts and Corporate Accounts teams, the full-time Executive Director, Payer Accounts will shape engagement strategies with national and regional payers and hospital systems to ensure access to rare disease therapies, while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Payer Accounts and Corporate Accounts teams, setting strategic direction and priorities
• Establish and execute contracting strategies with national and regional payers and hospital accounts
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across various healthcare entities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• 15+ years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience in payer account management
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in oncology and/or hematology, particularly with rare diseases
