Job Summary
Leading the distribution and sales efforts for Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) opportunities, the full-time Executive Director, Pension Risk Solutions will manage complex transaction processes from initial triage to implementation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large and complex PRT transaction processes, ensuring successful execution through cross-functional collaboration
- Foster relationships with consultants, brokers, fiduciaries, and plan sponsors to identify transaction opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Analyze PRT market trends to support product strategy and enhance business practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in pension consulting or life/health insurance/reinsurance
- 2+ years of hands-on transactional experience in the PRT market
- Experience managing RFP processes and negotiating legal agreements related to PRT transactions
- Strong relationship-building skills with key external stakeholders in the PRT landscape
