Executive Director, Psychiatry

Job Summary

Leading the commercialization and management of a portfolio of specialty psychiatric therapies, the full-time Executive Director, Psychiatry will oversee brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and P&L ownership in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the go-to-market model for specialty psychiatric assets, ensuring effective customer engagement and cross-functional alignment
• Lead the commercialization strategy for key products, ensuring competitive positioning and strategic alignment across all functions
• Oversee the development of integrated brand strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize engagement and adherence among healthcare providers and consumers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, particularly in CNS, neurology, or psychiatry
• Proven leadership in brand and portfolio strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management
• Experience in provider account marketing and operational workflows for specialty therapeutics
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
