Executive Director Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for revenue cycle operations, the full-time Executive Director Revenue Cycle will manage analytics and innovation initiatives remotely, collaborating with hospital CFOs and finance teams to optimize financial performance and drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient satisfaction and operational performance improvements in revenue cycle areas, focusing on analytics and innovative solutions
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand revenue cycle needs and create performance improvement plans
• Lead the aggregation, analysis, and publication of revenue cycle performance data to support strategic business objectives and executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 5+ years in a management role (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to navigate rapidly changing situations and embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment
