Executive Director, Student to Student

Job Summary

Leading the Student to Student initiative, the full-time Executive Director will set and implement strategic plans, oversee program operations, and expand the initiative across new communities while ensuring educational excellence and effective communication within the Federation system.

Key responsibilities

• Setting and leading the strategy and comprehensive growth plan for the Student to Student program
• Supervising the STS professional team to ensure rigorous implementation of all program aspects
• Building relationships with school leadership and interfaith organizations to promote community engagement and understanding

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Jewish engagement, education, or community development
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives and supervising teams
• Experience with interfaith work or community engagement
• Strong executive presence and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds
• Deep understanding of Jewish faith, traditions, and cultural practices
