Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

To support leadership hiring across multiple sales organizations, the remote contract Executive Recruiter will focus primarily on recruiting for sales leadership positions, such as District Sales Manager and Zone Manager, while also developing candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit sales leadership talent across various geographic markets
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and evaluate candidates' fit for sales leadership roles

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience recruiting sales professionals and sales leadership roles
• Strong understanding of outside/field sales organizations
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills for working with senior hiring leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment
