Job Summary

Leading full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level roles, the Executive Recruiter will collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers in a remote capacity to attract and hire exceptional leaders while utilizing data and AI-enabled tools to enhance hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches from intake through offer and onboarding handoff
• Partner with executive leaders to define role outcomes, search strategy, and evaluation criteria
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines for senior-level positions across various business functions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of executive search or corporate Talent Acquisition experience, particularly with Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level searches
• Demonstrated success in managing complex searches in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering and Product
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
