Job Summary

Experienced in full-cycle executive recruitment, the remote Executive Recruiter will manage the search process for VP and SVP level positions, partnering with senior leadership to implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding for VP and SVP roles
• Collaborate with C-level executives to develop position specifications and targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, focusing on VP and SVP level placements
• Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle executive search processes
• Strong collaborative communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
• Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and assessment tools
