Executive Recruiter
Job Summary
To support executive recruiting efforts, the full-time remote Executive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter will engage with talent across disciplines, build diverse talent pipelines, and partner with senior recruiters and hiring executives to develop search strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and execution of active and passive executive recruiting needs
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines while researching target companies
- Collaborate with Senior Executive Recruiters and HR to prepare candidate presentations and search strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in attracting and recruiting executive-level talent
- 3+ years of executive search experience in either search firm or corporate settings
- Proficiency with enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other recruiting tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
