Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of accountability for executive relocations, the full-time remote Executive Relocation Consultant will independently manage complex relocations, delivering a highly customized, white-glove experience while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining 24/7 client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full lifecycle of executive relocations, ensuring exceptional service quality
• Act as project manager, leading cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive clients, providing insights and guidance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of international relocation experience
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment
• Ability to provide 24/7 support to executive clients
• Proven track record of delivering high-touch, client-centric experiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
