Job Summary
Focusing on executive-level technology searches, the full-time remote Executive Talent Sourcer will partner with Principal Executive Recruiters to identify, engage, and develop pipelines of top technology leadership talent while conducting research and building diverse candidate slates.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Principal Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business objectives and executive search requirements
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and conduct executive research to build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for technology leadership positions
- Engage and cultivate relationships with VP-level and senior technology leaders, presenting candidate profiles and insights for effective search strategy adjustments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or executive sourcing
- Proven ability to attract VP-level and executive technology talent
- Strong understanding of technology organizations and competitive landscapes
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and executive sourcing methodologies
