Executive VIP Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for Executive VIP customers, the remote Executive VIP Consultant will manage the day-to-day delivery of relocation programs, ensuring a premium customer experience while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of relocation management services, providing tailored consultation and support to relocating employees
• Act as the single point of contact for all EVIP moves, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
• Provide ongoing updates to clients and stakeholders, managing exception requests and delivering clear status updates

Required qualifications

• Extensive international mobility service delivery experience, preferably with VIP or executive-level program management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes independently
• Demonstrated ability to use multiple technology platforms effectively in service delivery
• Experience in providing high-touch customer service with a focus on relationship building
• Flexibility to accommodate urgent customer needs outside standard working hours
