Executive VIP Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a diverse portfolio of executive clients, the full-time Executive VIP Consultant will manage the relocation process, ensuring a premium customer experience while working remotely and providing tailored consultation and support throughout the mobility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of relocation management services, including policy counselling, household goods shipment, and visa support
• Act as the primary point of contact for EVIP customers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to meet customer needs and enhance overall service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in international mobility service delivery, preferably with VIP or executive-level program management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes independently
• Demonstrated ability to use multiple technology platforms effectively in service delivery
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Flexibility to accommodate urgent customer needs outside standard working hours
