Executive VIP Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of Executive VIP customers, the part-time Executive VIP Consultant will manage the day-to-day delivery of relocation programs, ensuring a premium customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive relocation management services, providing tailored consultation and support to relocating employees
• Act as the primary point of contact for all EVIP moves, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution throughout the relocation process
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer needs promptly and identify process improvements for enhanced service delivery

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in international mobility service delivery, preferably with VIP or executive-level program management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes independently
• Demonstrated capability to use multiple technology platforms effectively in service delivery
• Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse VIP personas
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
