Experience Acceleration Architect
Job Summary
Combining CX expertise with hands-on development, the full-time Experience Acceleration Architect will design and build AI-powered experiences, manage technical solutions from inception to deployment, and create reusable components using Genesys Cloud and modern development frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical solutions from problem definition and architecture through development, testing, deployment, documentation, and iteration
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI and Agentic Virtual Agent experiences in Genesys Cloud
- Create reusable components, integration patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures to accelerate future builds
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on application development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or equivalent
- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication and OAuth, JSON, and Git/version control
- Ability to independently own technical work from requirements through implementation and documentation
- Experience designing reusable application components and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development environments and coding agents
