Experience Designer

Job Summary

To build a network of talented contractors for anticipated project needs, the part-time Experience Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define digital product solutions, conduct research, and create experience artifacts, with opportunities available remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define digital product and service solutions in a collaborative environment
• Plan, conduct, and interpret primary and secondary research to inform user interaction and visual direction
• Create experience artifacts such as archetypes, customer journeys, and prototypes

Required qualifications:

• Experience in design research, digital strategy, digital product design, and/or service design
• Undergraduate and/or Master's Degree in Design, Human Factors, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong ability to articulate work and intent through effective communication and presentation skills
• A unique point of view that questions approaches and strategies to enhance team outcomes
