Experience Planner

Job Summary

Connecting with guests through phone, email, and chat, the hybrid Experience Planner will provide personalized wellness planning and guidance, coordinating reservations and creating tailored itineraries to enhance their stays at Canyon Ranch properties in Tucson, Arizona, or Lenox, Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in achieving their wellness goals through personalized consultations and recommendations
• Manage reservation details and create seamless itineraries that include spa services, fitness activities, and dining options
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to meet sales goals and foster lasting relationships with guests

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in hospitality, reservations, sales, customer service, or a related field
• Associate degree, equivalent training, or related experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation/scheduling systems, including Opera and Concept
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and onsite as part of a hybrid schedule
• Strong consultative sales and guest service skills
