Experienced Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical healthcare initiatives, the full-time Experienced Business Analyst - Requirement Validation (RV) Lead will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and oversee the validation of requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate teams and workstreams to align IT solutions with client business priorities
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable results
- Delegate tasks, coach project team members, and support quality control through requirement validation and testing
Required qualifications
- At least nine years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with three years in government healthcare programs
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder review throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and project mobilization activities
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and business process improvement
- Experience with testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management
