Experienced Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Experienced Business Analyst will work remotely to manage AI-generated requirements, coordinate team activities, and bridge communication between clients and technical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Own governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format, ensuring alignment with business rules and data mappings
- Coordinate the business analyst team's duties on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
- Analyze and document business processes to improve technology goals and verify that all requirements are met through test validation
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
- Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering with a focus on validation and traceability
- Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to translate needs into actionable objectives
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
