Job Summary

Supporting business processes and enterprise technology systems, the full-time remote Experienced Business Systems Analyst will manage project deliverables, analyze requirements, and collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure solutions align with company standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables while managing small to mid-sized projects
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analyst experience
• Proven experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems
• Advanced skills in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality
• Experience generating multiple types of business and/or process documentation
• Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks
