Experienced Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the remote Experienced Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, mentor junior designers, and drive the implementation of advanced instructional methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex training programs and materials for various learning environments
- Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development and innovation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create scalable and impactful learning experiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development
- Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
